About the role
We are seeking a Business Improvement Analyst to fill a full-time position at CMV Truck Centre, our modern premises at Cavan. A key focus on highlighting and enhancing business operations through data analysis and process improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Utilise business intelligence tools to extract meaningful information from complex datasets
• Prepare and present regular reports for management as required
• Collect and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality
• Identify opportunities for automation in various business processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Facilitate change management efforts related to process improvements and automation.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional process improvement projects.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree
• Previous experience as a business analyst in a complex environment
• Sound computer literacy
• Excellent attention to detail
• Organisational and time management
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
• Driver’s license
• Experience in the vehicle industry would be an advantage but not essential
