Lead Inspiring Campaigns – Drive planning and execution for Bevilles’ major campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels, ensuring every initiative is strategically positioned to make Bevilles the trusted name in value jewelry.

Collaborate for Creative Consistency – Work hand-in-hand with the Creative Director, as well as with the CRM, social media, and ecommerce teams, to deliver fully integrated, customer-focused campaigns with a cohesive look and feel.

Showcase the Bevilles Brand – Ensure our unique voice and vision are front and center in all marketing efforts, consistently positioning Bevilles as the top choice for value-conscious customers.

Own the Details & Drive Results – From briefing agencies to setting budgets and timelines, you’ll oversee every detail, ensuring campaigns are on-brand, on-budget, and impactful.

Collaborate with Retail and Trade Marketing – Partner with the Retail, Retail Operations, and Trade Marketing Manager to ensure seamless execution of campaigns in-store, maximizing the customer experience and brand visibility.

Be a Team Player – Contribute to our collaborative culture, sharing ideas, celebrating successes, and maintaining a positive energy that strengthens the entire marketing team.

4-5 years in a campaign or brand management role, with strong retail and omni-channel marketing experience.

Proven skills in brand building and campaign execution, with a passion for accessible luxury and quality.

Strong communication and organizational skills to manage cross-team collaboration, especially with the Head of Marketing, Creative Director, and external agencies.

A proactive and positive mindset with the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
