About the role
A new Campaign Manager role has arisen within our Loyalty team. This is a 9-month fixed-term full-time opportunity. Applications close on Friday 6th December.

And with loyalty programs playing a key role as a differentiator in the market (with a brand-new strategy in place, huge investment, and endorsement from our leadership team), there is no better time to join!
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to our Commercial Manager, you’ll be empowered to manage and execute multi-channel loyalty marketing campaigns in partnership with the Campaign & CRM Managers in our team.
You’ll also

Work directly with 100s of FMCGs and some of the biggest brands in Australian supermarkets - Collaborate with Flybuys digital operations on offer set up, quality control, approvals and final execution
What you bring
3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing/ Loyalty/ CRM, coming from an agency or fast-paced marketing environment. Ideally you bring great attention to detail, a good understanding of retail marketing and innovative thinking.
You’ll also need

Experience managing end-to-end campaigns - An interest & ability to generate and/or interpret data into actionable insights to drive campaign objectives and results
- A strong interest in the commercials & driving new opportunities.
