Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Finnish Speaking Telesales Agent specializing in cloud services, based in Athens, Greece. We are seeking dynamic individuals with a passion for sales and technology who are eager to engage with potential clients and promote innovative cloud solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote cloud services and solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored service offerings effectively.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities and reported customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer insights to help drive sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required, with a good command of English.
  • Proven experience in telesales or sales roles, preferably in the technology or cloud services sector.
  • Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Ability to negotiate deals and maintain customer relationships.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in Athens, Greece.
