Patrique Mercier Recruitment is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Finnish Speaking Customer Support Agent for a prestigious luxury car brand based in Chania, Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers seeking assistance with their luxury vehicle inquiries, ensuring they receive a high standard of service. If you are fluent in Finnish and have a passion for luxury automobiles and excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding luxury cars, including features, pricing, and availability.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
  • Educate customers about the brand's offerings and recommend suitable options.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the luxury sector, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Genuine interest in luxury cars and the automotive industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is a plus.
