In this role, you will be the vital link for customers seeking urgent roadside assistance, providing them with effective support and solutions in Finnish. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding service and thrive in dynamic environments, this position allows you to contribute meaningfully while enjoying the flexibility of remote work in beautiful Greece.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency calls for roadside assistance from customers.
  • Communicate effectively in Finnish, ensuring customers receive the clarity and support they need.
  • Collaborate with local service providers to arrange timely assistance for clients.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while managing stressful situations and emergencies.
  • Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the required systems.
  • Work closely with team members to enhance service delivery and achieve high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Finnish (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience with remote work environments is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and software applications.
