Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional technical support to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of issues related to electronic products and services.
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to customers to help them navigate their technical challenges.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the support database.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine support processes and improve service quality.
  • Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good level of English proficiency.
  • Prior experience in technical support or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while remaining self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage time effectively.
