We are actively seeking a Finnish Speaking Customer Service representative for a leading Streaming Service, offering a remote position based in Greece. As a customer service representative, you will assist Finnish-speaking subscribers with their inquiries regarding the streaming platform, troubleshoot issues, and deliver an outstanding user experience. Your fluency in Finnish will be essential in creating a seamless communication channel for our valued customers. Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
  • Assist users with account inquiries, subscription details, and navigation of the streaming service.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Educate customers about service features, promotions, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Passion for streaming services and knowledge of the entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer management software.
