Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding green energy products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a focus on satisfaction.
- Guide customers through product features and service options.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience.
- Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Interest in green energy and sustainability is advantageous.
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
