Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality technical support to Finnish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues related to streaming services.
- Assist customers in understanding and navigating service features effectively.
- Document customer inquiries and solutions accurately in the support system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor recurring issues and provide feedback to improve service offerings.
- Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good command of English.
- Prior experience in technical support, particularly in the streaming or telecommunications sector, is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Athens, Greece, is required.
