Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for Finnish Speaking Tech Support professionals specializing in Cyber Security Software. In this hybrid role, you will be based in the vibrant city of Athens, Greece, with the flexibility to work both remotely and in our Athens office. As a key member of our tech support team, you will provide expert assistance to our clients, helping them navigate challenges related to our cutting-edge cyber security solutions. Your technical expertise and strong communication skills will be essential in delivering outstanding support and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Offer expert technical support to Finnish-speaking clients for our cyber security software through phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software functionality, installations, and configurations.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing our cyber security solutions effectively.
  • Document and maintain records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to continuously improve our software offerings based on customer feedback.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in cyber security and software solutions to provide informed support.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Finnish (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Solid experience in tech support or a related position, preferably in the IT or cyber security field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Technical knowledge of cyber security concepts, software systems, and support practices.
  • Able to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work and office collaboration.
  • Willingness to work in Athens, Greece.
