Basic Job Functions:

• Must adhere to Nucor’s safety programs and standards.
• Demonstrate conduct consistent with Nucor’s vision and values.
• Tag all orders
• Handle some retail orders: Quoting; Tagging; Preparation of paperwork; Payment collection
• Preparation (printing) of all drawings for deliveries
• Reconciliation of tail inventory
• End shipment reconciliation
• Inspection requests as needed
• Some purchasing required
• Backup for other administrative personnel
• Schedule all deliveries with Trucking/Jobsites
• Maintain accurate and organized files for all jobs and deliveries
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a high school diploma, GED or local/state equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with reinforcing steel
• Forklift experience a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office

• Some overtime may be required during our busy season
