Overview
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk plays a crucial role in the logistics and supply chain operations of our organization. This position is responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory levels. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Duties

• Maintain an orderly and organized warehouse
• Monitor shipper inventories and order shippers as necessary to ensure availability but limit unnecessary overflow of inventory.
• Provides all proper documentation for final order processing.
• Prepares shipping documents for each shipment as applicable.
• Assist Warehouse Supervisors with the assignments for the Forklift and Clamp drivers and other duties.
• Assist Warehouse Supervisors on any tasks needed.
• Receive all items into the facility including transfers.
• Process all received goods and shipped goods in Microsoft or Coupa.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Work overtime as required.
• Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
• Reading, writing and basic math skills are needed for this job.
• Must be computer literate. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Must be able to problem-solve to make sure that customers are satisfied.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with other employees and management.
• Must be detail-oriented
• Self managing with organization and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
