- Experience in creating and maintaining a work environment that is respectful and accepting of diversity among team members and the people we serve.
- Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record or provide an acceptable alternative method of transportation.
- Can demonstrate advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, TEAMS, Outlook skillset.
- Organizational and time management skills commensurate with the detailed and complex development process. Use mathematics to solve business problems.
- Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, take time to understand the points being made, and ask appropriate questions to identify issues and resolutions.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
- Experience analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
