Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Licensed Architect to join our team. In this role, you will work on healthcare-focused architectural projects, preparing and revising architectural documents and integrating sustainable design solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecture, excellent Revit skills, and a passion for delivering quality projects that meet and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise architectural documents, including elevations, sections, and details, using Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.
• Assist in outlining project scope, plans, and services throughout the contract process.
• Translate planning concepts into clear terms for clients, designers, and project team members.
• Develop a thorough understanding of clients' program requirements, as well as standards and policies for project completion.
• Create 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings to support project development.
• Conduct product research and assist Project Designers and Project Architects in selecting materials and researching systems.
• Operate with minimal supervision while benefiting from excellent mentorship.

Primary Skills:

• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience integrating sustainable design solutions into architectural projects.
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of architectural experience, preferably with a focus on healthcare projects.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
