Primary Skills:

• Strong understanding of medical molding processes, particularly with silicone and thermoplastics.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in the medical device industry (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA regulations).
• Experience with CAD software and design for manufacturability (DFM).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in medical molding or medical device manufacturing.
• Proven track record of managing projects from design to production.
