Job Description:
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
Pitching and Sales Generation:

• Engage potential customers with compelling pitches about our products and services.
• Employ active listening to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Generate qualified bookings for field-based account managers.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:

• Establish and nurture rapport with prospects to provide exceptional sales service.
• Provide tailored quotations to meet the unique needs of each customer.
• Offer effective solutions to address customer pain points.

Database Management:

• Accurately update customer and sales databases using our tracking system.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience and/or call center experience in a B2B environment.
• Comfortable with making persuasive sales calls and closing deals.
• Self-confident, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
• Thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday.
