We’re looking for an experienced, highly motivated, self-starter with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude to join our team in a Lead Generation role. The successful candidate will focus on identifying and qualifying potential clients to help drive our business growth, paving the way for our sales team to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients using online platforms, networking, and databases.
- Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads to ensure they align with our target audience and needs.
- Schedule meetings or hand over qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual lead generation targets.
- Experience:
- Lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar role: Minimum 2 years (required).
- Business-to-Business (B2B) experience (preferred).
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Confidence in reaching out to potential clients and handling objections effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
- Requirements:
- Ability to travel for occasional meetings or events (preferred).
- A valid UK driving license (preferred).
- Work authorization in the United Kingdom (required).
