Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales agent to join my client's team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for sales. This role involves reaching out to potential customers and selling products
Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to sell products
• Effectively communicate the benefits of offerings, addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes achieved, and follow-up actions required.
• Meet or exceed daily call targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Continuously improve telesales techniques through feedback and training opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales or sales is preferred but not essential.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills
• Strong persuasive skills with the ability to engage potential customers effectively.
• A proactive attitude towards achieving targets and contributing to team success.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong desire to learn and develop within the sales field.

Pay: £23,640.00-£25,000.00 per year
