Sales Progressor/Administrator

Job Overview
As a Sales Progressor/Administrator, you will manage the sales progression process from offer to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for our clients. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. You will collaborate with solicitors, estate agents, buyers, and sellers to resolve queries and progress transactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Progression
- Oversee the property sales process from offer acceptance through to completion.
- Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely progression of transactions.
- Monitor and update clients on the status of their property sales and purchases.
- Provide regular updates to buyers and sellers, maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Proactively address and resolve any issues or delays in the sales progression process.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, communications, and progress.
- Prepare and send relevant documentation, including contracts and legal forms.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
- Provide progress updates to the management team.
- Monitor department performance and contribute to achieving departmental targets.
Preferred Experience
- A minimum of some experience in estate agency or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- An industry-recognised qualification (fully funded upon successful completion of probation).
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a 60-minute unpaid break each day.
- 1 Saturday in 4: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
- Occasionally, additional hours may be required to meet business needs, as authorised.
- Annual Salary: £26,000 - £30,000, subject to satisfactory completion of a three-month probationary period.
- Quarterly Commission: £1,000 if departmental targets are met (OTE for commission: £4,000 annually).
Training
- Fully funded industry-recognised qualification available upon successful completion of probation.
- Standard Entitlement: 20 working days per full holiday year (1st January to 31st December).
- After five years of continuous service, entitlement increases by up to three days. After 10 years, an additional two days will be granted.
- Pro-rated entitlement will apply during your first holiday year.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
