Sales Manager

Job Summary
Are you passionate about building relationships and selling? Our rapidly growing business is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive profitable revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record in sales. This role requires effective communication and the ability to motivate team members while ensuring that sales targets are met.

Our Business
Composite Windows UK was established specifically to supply the highest quality glazing products into the UK market. We are based in Portsmouth with extensive showrooms in Portsmouth and Chichester.
We have partnered with the most prestigious Danish and German brands in our goal to be the most highly regarded supplier of architectural glazing products in the South of England.
Duties
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to other team members.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to regular training sessions to improve the team's product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to post-sale support.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance for senior management, offering insights into market conditions and competitor activity.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to sales operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Experience
  • Proven experience in sales
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with administrative processes related to sales operations.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
