Sales Executive - New Business Acquisition

Packaging Source is a rapidly growing packaging company committed to crafting bespoke packaging solutions that are innovative, sustainable, and reflect iconic brand personalities. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive focused on New Business Acquisition to join our team. This role specifically focuses on hunting, winning, and converting new businesses generated by our Prospect Generation Process.
As a Sales Executive - New Business Acquisition, your primary responsibility is to aggressively hunt, win, and convert leads generated by our Prospect Generation Process into new business. Here are the key responsibilities:
Prospect Hunting and Conversion:
  • Collaborate closely with the SDR to identify high-potential leads and actively pursue them for conversion.
  • Take ownership of the inbound leads process, ensuring timely and effective follow-up to secure new business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the SDR to align on lead quality and insights gathered during prospecting.
Sales Process Management:
  • Manage your own pipeline of generated leads through effective project management, emphasizing the proactive pursuit of new business wins.
  • Conduct virtual, phone, and in-person meetings with prospective clients to aggressively present Packaging Source's value propositions and secure new business deals.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs to maximize the impact of conversion strategies.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Stay informed about digital technology and sustainability trends within the industry.
  • Analyze and report on the success of sales activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Building:
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers, industry professionals, and relevant leads, emphasizing the acquisition of new business partnerships.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive experience for new business clients.
Competitor Analysis:
  • Research and review competitor product offerings to stay ahead of market trends and position Packaging Source as the preferred choice for new businesses.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Account Manager, or in a similar B2B sales role with a focus on aggressively winning and converting generated leads.
  • Previous experience in the packaging industry and project management is essential.
  • Knowledge of planning and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual.
  • Ability to thrive in a stressful working environment.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to travel as and when required.
Total compensation: Base Salary + Upto %5 commission (uncapped)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
