Responsibilities

• Working with the sales department to contact leads using phone, sms and email for our upcoming events
• Handle inbound customer service
• Use our CRM system to record customer interactions and details
• Managing your own sales pipeline
• Working towards a monthly sales target
• Running outbound activations to generate sales leads
