We are seeking a Project Manager to join our clients team and lead Net Zero Retrofit projects in the Lambeth borough. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe, profitable, and timely delivery of these projects while providing strong leadership and strategic direction.
3-5 Years experience in this role, familiar with CWI/EWI/Roofing/Window installations, working with consultants and LA Planning Depts, familiar with working in conservation areas •
Min CSCS Card, Degree/NVQ 6 construction related qualifications, Asbestos awareness, Duty to Manage desirable
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed project plans and schedules.
• Establish and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project.
• Implement robust health and safety protocols.
• Secure and manage necessary resources to achieve project objectives.
• Facilitate smooth project handover and ongoing customer support.
• Develop and implement effective communication plans.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of elevational treatment, EWI decorative panelling, and window replacement.

Pay: £60,000.00-£73,000.00 per year
