Trinity Cof E School, part of the Trinitas Academy Trust, is seeking an experienced and proactive Premises Manager to lead the management and maintenance of our school premises.


As Premises Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our buildings, grounds, and facilities meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and presentation for pupils, staff, and visitors.


You will:

• 
  Lead Facilities Management: Maintain and develop school buildings, grounds, and systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Inspire and Manage a Team: Lead, motivate, and support the site team, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day premises activities, including cleaning, heating systems, and safeguarding measures.
• Ensure Health and Safety Compliance: Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and implement safety protocols.
• Manage Budgets and Projects: Oversee maintenance budgets, procure services, and deliver projects efficiently with minimal disruption.

We are looking for an organised and motivated professional with:

• Proven experience in facilities management and strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to lead a team and build positive relationships.
• A hands-on approach, self-motivation, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• The ability to plan and prioritise workloads effectively.
• A full, clean driving licence and the flexibility to travel across the Trust as required.
