Paid Advertising Specialist
FULL TIME
December 3, 2024
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Paid Advertising Specialist at Evrlo, you’ll be at the core of crafting and executing campaigns that drive revenue and engagement for our clients. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be working on:
- Developing Campaign Strategies: Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand their brand goals and translate those into winning paid social strategies across platforms like Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Campaign Management: Manage the full lifecycle of paid social campaigns—from initial setup and budget allocation to optimisation and reporting. You’ll have a hands-on role in making sure campaigns deliver the best possible return on investment (ROI).
- Performance Analysis: Dive deep into data to analyse campaign performance, identifying what’s working and where improvements can be made. You’ll regularly optimise campaigns to ensure we’re maximising every dollar spent and delivering top-notch results.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with our creative team to develop compelling, high-performing ad creatives and messaging that resonate with audiences and encourage action.
- Client Reporting & Communication: Keep clients informed and excited about their results through regular reports, insights, and strategic recommendations. You’ll act as the bridge between our clients and our internal team, fostering positive and transparent client relationships.
- Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new platform updates, and emerging tools. As a key part of a growing agency, you’ll play an active role in testing and implementing innovative strategies that keep us at the forefront of paid social marketing.
We’re looking for a talented individual who’s passionate about driving growth and knows the ins and outs of paid social media. To excel in this role, you should have:
- 2+ Years of Media Buying Experience: You’re a seasoned media buyer with a solid track record of running high-performing paid social campaigns, ideally within a performance-focused environment.
- Proven Results & ROI Mindset: You know what it takes to create campaigns that not only engage but also convert. You’re skilled in making data-informed decisions to ensure our clients’ ad spend drives real, measurable results.
- Strong Analytical Skills: You can look at a dashboard and immediately identify areas for improvement. You’re comfortable with metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CPC, and you know how to tweak campaigns for peak performance.
- Creative & Data-Driven: While you love digging into numbers, you also understand that great advertising requires creativity. You’re excited to work closely with our creative team to produce content that stands out in the feed.
- Excellent Communication & Teamwork: You’ll be in constant contact with clients and collaborating with team members, so top-notch communication skills are essential. You’re able to explain campaign strategies, results, and insights clearly and effectively.
- Adaptability & Eagerness to Learn: Digital marketing is always evolving, and so are we! You’re someone who’s flexible, excited by change, and ready to grow with us as we expand into new channels and strategies.
- Career Growth: We’re a fast-growing agency, and as we scale, so will you! You’ll have room to advance and opportunities to develop your skills in new areas.
- Innovation First: Get hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools and strategies that keep you at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Work-Life Balance: We value your time and offer flexible work arrangements.
- Culture-Driven: Join a collaborative, supportive team that values creativity, inclusion, and big ambitions. We’re as invested in your growth as you are!
- Professional development opportunities, from courses to conferences, and a culture that promotes growth
- Regular team events and trips abroad—because celebrating our wins together is essential!
