Rates of Pay: £13.60 - £22.65 per hour

Swallowcourt is seeking a dedicated and committed Night Specialist Healthcare Assistant for our care home in Mullion.
In this role, you will be supporting the Head of Care and Nursing Team in the delivery of excellent nursing and personal care and contribute to the efficient running of the Care Home. IN addition, you will be involved in the training, mentoring and guidance of new and existing staff to enable excellence in care delivery.
Personal Specification (Essential/Desirable):
Good General Level of Education - E
NVQ 3 or other relevant qualification in Health and Social Care (or working towards) - E
Carer Experience - E
Supervisory Experience - D
Clinical Training to meet the needs of the position - E
