Job Title: Microsoft Power Pages Technical Lead
Location: Remote role with occasional travel for meetings
Contract Type: Permanent.

The Microsoft Power Pages Technical Lead will lead the design, development, and deployment of Power Pages solutions tailored to client needs. The role focuses on delivering secure, accessible, and scalable solutions, while overcoming technical challenges and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The position requires expertise in Microsoft Power Pages, API integration, and experience working with public sector organizations or law enforcement agencies.

Summary
The Microsoft Power Pages Technical Lead will lead the design, development, and deployment of Power Pages solutions tailored to client needs. The role focuses on delivering secure, accessible, and scalable solutions, while overcoming technical challenges and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The position requires expertise in Microsoft Power Pages, API integration, and experience working with public sector organizations or law enforcement agencies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver Microsoft Power Pages solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Ensure solutions comply with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility guidelines to create inclusive and user-friendly products.
- Lead the integration of Power Pages with external systems using APIs and ensure robust identity provisioning and security protocols.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical designs, fostering team cohesion and leveraging diverse skill sets.
- Manage project lifecycles, including proof-of-concepts (Po Cs), minimum viable products (MVPs), and full-scale deployments.
- Address challenges related to Power Pages, such as scaling solutions, meeting security standards, and managing rapidly evolving requirements.
- Ensure alignment with data governance principles, data protection regulations, and client security standards.
- Leverage Power Platform capabilities (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI) and integrate Azure services (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, Logic Apps) as needed.
- Provide guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Document solution architectures, workflows, and operational procedures, ensuring maintainability and knowledge transfer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including at least 2 years focused on Power Pages.
- Proven experience in implementing accessible solutions compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines.
- Demonstrated expertise in API integration, identity management, and security protocols.
