Position overview:
Your primary responsibility will be sales, customer service, office related tasks as well as packaging and order fulfilment. This is going to be a demanding role and you will be working in a fast paced and dynamic environment; flexibility combined with focus is key. An ideal candidate is someone who is willing to be flexible, do manual work, overcome challenges, and with interest in problem solving. This job will require you to learn, multi-task, step out of your comfort zone and constantly look for ways to improve. This is an evolving position with great growth opportunity in the company.
What you will do:
1. Sales:
- Process orders in person and over the phone
- Answer calls and enquiries
- Customer support
- Assist visitors in store
- Distribution and field sales
2. Warehouse & fulfilment
- Sort and organise inventory
- Pack pallet and box orders. Keep track of returns.
- Operate forklift occasionally to load and unload freight trucks
- Coordinate with freight companies and shipping carriers to schedule collections
3. Other:
- Perform other office-related tasks as instructed by Director
Requirements:
- A completed university degree
- Driving license
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Strong numbers skills
- Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic environments
- Proficiency in MS office suite or equivalent (google)
- Sponsorship will not be offered
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
