Office Location: Manchester M4 (5 days per week)
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive, who either has a Graduate background or has worked in a Telesales, Insurance, B2B or Telemarketing position previously.
This junior position is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their career in Software sales.
You will be handling in-bound leads and setting up prospects for BDMs within the business, speaking to small business owners and decision makers regarding their Payroll and Human Resources Software needs.
The successful candidate will assist in driving sales initiatives, responding to warm in-bound leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
The ability to pick up the phone and motivate yourself to drive sales is essential in this job, hence being a strong fit for an extroverted, confident and driven individual.
Requirements

• A strong interest in pursuing a career in sales with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a vibrant salesfloor office environment.
• Ability to handle rejection over the phone.
• Open mind to company training procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Previous experience in a sales role or internship is an advantage but not essential.
