Key Responsibilities

• Operates HGVs (Class 1 or Class 2) to transport goods to various locations safely.
• Plans routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries.
• Conducts pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain roadworthiness.
• Adheres to tachograph and working time regulations.
• Loads and unloads goods when required, ensuring careful handling.
• Completes delivery paperwork accurately and maintains records.
• Interacts professionally with customers, representing the company positively.

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 license with CPC qualification.
• Digital tachograph card.
• Previous HGV driving experience, with good knowledge of UK roads.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and reliability.
• Physical fitness to handle goods when required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
