What I’ve learned at 21D
My journey at 21D has taken me far beyond traditional dentistry. I’ve developed a deep understanding of full jaw prosthodontics - mastering biomechanics, implant positions, and prosthetic design.
The Most Important Lesson?
As the clinician, it’s my responsibility to make clinical decisions based on long-term success, not to conform to patient demands that I know will compromise their outcomes. I have discovered how to assess jaw mechanics, restorative space, and leverage while integrating surgery and data collection in ways no other program or course can offer. Understanding the difference between a good and a great intra-oral scan, along with mastering a fully digital workflow that leaves nothing to guesswork, is just the beginning. We work with empirical evidence, a completely binary system that can be fully audited, ensuring our results are as close to excellence as possible.

More Than Surgery
Yes, I’ve placed more implants in my time here than any course or job could have provided. But at 21D, surgery is just one part of the full journey. It's the preparation, the MDT (multi-disciplinary team) meetings, the collaborative planning of complex cases, and reducing them to simple, predictable treatment plans that matter most. From my first day, I was thrown into restoring full mouth cases, learning in real-time how comprehensive yet straightforward our methods are.

What We Need At 21D

The Details:
Location: Nationwide with training based at our Birchwood clinic, near Liverpool and Manchester.
* Salary: Very Competitive with potential to earn more as you progress through our rigorous, mentored training program.
Starting at £85,000.00 increase will be based on performance after mentored training program
* Full-time role: We work on a rota system, ensuring fairness for all clinicians.
* Requirements: GDC registration, indemnity cover, and the flexibility to travel occasionally nationwide.
