Dental Area Business Manager- Jersey and Guernsey based in Southampton
We are currently recruiting for an Area Business Manager to cover our 4 practices on the Channel Islands, 2 on Jersey and 2 on Guernsey, a willingness to travel is essential for this role.
The position will involve travelling out to the channel Islands weekly with over night stays when needed. Flights, Hotels and airport parking will be paid for.
A full time-position with overall responsibility for 4+ dental practices which will increase slightly as the company continues to grow.

About the role:
The role will require you to work closely with the Directors and this is a real opportunity to make a difference in a growing business.
You will proactively drive performance through first-class leadership of your team. You will manage your practices through effective business planning, performance management, championing operational excellence, and by maintaining strong relationships with clinicians and practice Teams.
You will be focussed on practice growth, expanding, and enhancing services within the dental practices. Responsible for recruitment of Dentists and Specialist, alongside the Clinical Director.
What we need from you:
You must have strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability and aptitude to operate at a more senior level contributing to decision making across the wider business.
The desired candidate will have practice management experience, ideally with some multi-site operational management experience, preferably gained within the dental industry.
You must be commercially astute with strong business acumen and the ability to analyse data and insight to develop further commercial opportunities.
We have a track record of promoting internally, so we are looking for ambitious individuals who have perhaps reached a glass ceiling elsewhere. The right person will be given genuine ownership, autonomy with the ability to share in the success of the company as it continues to grow.
