We currently have a vacancy for a full-time, permanent, Customer Service Executive, to join our busy customer service team. The successful applicant will work mainly by telephone and e-mail, providing support for customers with queries, and offering advice and guidance on our wide range of products, in a friendly but knowledgeable manner. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role with excellent keyboard skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and an efficient but friendly telephone manner.
Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm.
