We are looking for someone to take on a dual role within the Product Support
and the Sales teams. Your role will include, but isn’t limited to, answering customer
queries via email and phone, making outgoing calls to current customers and to prospective customers to convert leads into sales, and running demos of our software product via Zoom. Maintaining accurate and up to date records of sales activities, pipeline and customer interactions in CRM software will form a significant part of your role.
Tapestry Childhood Education Platform is an innovative and complex software product that builds a story of a child’s learning and development using photos, videos, and diary entries. It enables communication between staff and parents and facilitates the recording of a child’s daily care, experiences, and progress. Tapestry is valued by thousands of families and educators and is the leading software of its kind in the UK, supporting learning and development in over 14,000 schools and early years settings.
We are aiming to grow further, in several sectors: private, voluntary and independent Early Years settings, maintained and independent schools, and in international schools. The successful candidate will help us to achieve our ambition, through an increase in sales in all three environments.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual, with a proven track record in sales and/or customer support and a working knowledge of CRMs. Experience in the education sector would be an advantage. Very good interpersonal skills with the ability to build a rapport with current and future customers is essential. As the role will be split across two departments, product support and sales, you will have a very varied and interesting position.
