Community Response Shift Lead

Earn up to £28,920.00 in your first year (based off of working 40 hours a week)*
We are looking for someone with supervisory experience to become a shift lead for out community response team at Access Your Care. You will be highly motivated, organised and work well under pressure as you supervise shifts.
You’re tasks will include but not be limited to;
-Lead the shift handover and coordinate tasks ensuring their completion
-Audit all tasks delegated from daily shift handover ensuring they are accurately recorded, referrals have been completed and all actions are documented appropriately.
-To collate shift handover ensuring all relevant information is recorded and passed over to the incoming shift lead.
-To take all responsibility for incoming service requests, delegating fairly and efficiently.
-Ensuring all daily vehicle and equipment checks are completed.
-Ensuring vehicle sign out processes are followed.
-Raising any service or staff concerns immediately with the response coordinator.
-This role will include providing personal care to service users.
Working hours for this role are shift based between 07:00 and 22:30, you will also be required to work one in every two weekends.
