Here at Bionical Health, we are looking for a patient-focused nurse to join our team as a Community Nurse. In the role you will be empowering the families of newly referred NHS patients to manage their diagnosis within the comfort of their own homes, as well as educating the patient and their families.

Your role as a Community Nurse…
· This is an autonomous role where you will manage your own diary and patient case load to ensure patient requirements are fulfilled
· You will be working with patients' families to coach and train them to ultimately manage their own care
· You will be communicating with patients' families to highlight and overcome any mental barriers and concerns they are experiencing, as well as providing information
· You will be troubleshooting any problems the patient may be facing
Your skills and experience…
· Able to demonstrate a friendly and approachable nature
· Community experience is preferential but not essential and full training will be provided
· You must be happy to cover large territories with community experience preferred
· You must be confident in using technology and different Microsoft applications
· Excellent communication skills to confidently liaise with patients, families and healthcare practitioners
· Be independent, self-motivated and able to manage your own diary with minimal supervision
