Job Responsibilities

• Cake Decoration: Make and decorate cakes according to provided designs and guidelines.
• Food Ordering and Cost Control: Manage food orders and control food costs effectively.
• Cake Base Preparation: Prepare cake bases and decorate cakes (full training will be provided; no baking required).
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is kept clean and up to brand standards at all times.
• Shift Management: Oversee store operations during your shift and report any issues to the Store Manager.
• Cash Management: Handle cash and complete daily administrative tasks responsibly.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Health & Safety: Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
• Work Planning: Plan the work ahead and work efficiently.
• Communication: Communication with staff and customers is key.
• Proactivity and Responsibility: Be proactive and responsible in your role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Communication: Excellent communication skills.
• Customer Service: Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Work Ethic: Strong work ethics and pride in work.
• Eligibility: Right to work documents for the UK.
