We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead our Human Resources department. This strategic role will work closely with the executive team to ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR functions throughout the company.
Responsibilities:

• Maintain, develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and foster a positive work environment.
• Oversee and improve internal (company personnel focused) and external (labor market focused) HR marketing initiatives and communication strategies.
• Manage and continuously improve recruitment processes to attract, hire and retain top talent.
• Monitor and enhance employee performance management processes.
• Analyze compensation and benefits trends to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
• Lead organization change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions.
• Select and utilize appropriate HR metrics and analytics to monitor workforce trends, employee engagement and overall HR effectiveness.
• Serve as a proactive advisor and influencer for key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years of HR related experience in the software development industry.
• 3+ years of HR managerial experience in the software development industry, including HR Team leadership.
• Proven ability to be owner of the HR function, take responsibility and deliver results under chllanging conditions, limited resources and time constraints.
• Proven ability to lead HR team efficiently.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing new HR programs and initiatives.
• Strong influencing skills, using expertise, data, experience and relationship-building.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple complex priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate+ English proficiency.
