As our Information Security Officer, you will help us to ensure we are a trusted bank to our customers. The role

You will be part of the Information Security team to support in risk and threat analysis of the bank and other areas that is of top priority for the Bank and under the responsibility of the CISO. As our Information Security Officer, you will be responsible for the performance of Business Continuity Management for the Bank across functions and markets globally. You will also coordinate the Physical Security work across all functions and have a leading role in crisis management.
This is an onsite position located at Ikano Bank’s office in Malmö or Stockholm, Sweden

Main responsibilities:
Business Continuity Management

• Coordinating Business Continuity Management at Ikano Bank
• Set the time plans and support the business in executing the Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plans and the coordination with IT for the Disaster Recovery Plans
• Carry out regular desktop exercise tests and training for stakeholders
• Being part of setting up Operational Resilience within the bank and be part of improving up the bank’s resilience framework

Identity and Access Management
Accountable for periodic access reviews at Ikano Bank ensuring that these are executed and documented in a timely manner

• Be the business stakeholder and superuser for Ikano Banks Identity and Access Management tool Sail Point
• Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, review progress and drive improvements and governance for Identity and Access Management

Physical Security

• You will be responsible for the steering documents for Physical Security for the whole bank and support the markets in the adherence of it
• You will also have the operational responsibility for Physical Security in Malmö Hyllie to implement policies and work with continuous improvements

Governance and Reporting

• Working with Information Security and Physical Security risk assessments, management of risks, risk mitigation and controls
• Working in a regulated environment means partaking in audits and assist auditors with documentation and evidence and work on the outcome of the audits to drive enhancements
• Responsible for reporting to various committees and forums for Access Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Physical Security
• Monitor Risk Exposure and the status of related mitigating actions within Information Security, to ensure that the Risk Appetites of the Bank are not breached, and Key Risk Indicators kept within acceptable levels.

Security Awareness

• Designing and implementing a comprehensive information security awareness program, including conducting phishing and other tests, to educate employees on best practices, reduce risks, and foster a culture of cybersecurity across the organization.

Are you the one for Ikano?

To be successful in this position we believe you have experience in working with Information Security, Business Continuity Management and Physical Security. You hold an academic degree in Informatics or similar. CISSP or CISM certification an advantage as well as experience in working in a regulated industry / business.
You possess an analytical, risk-aware mindset and the ability to operate at strategic, tactical, and operational levels. It is important that you have excellent communication with a strong ability to build trustful relationships.
