Your new role
We are looking for you! Join us as our new Head of Trade Marketing & Product Information Management at BSH Home Appliances AB. In your new role, you will play a crucial part in driving our organization's growth and success. You and your team are responsible for:

• Campaigns: Run sell-out activities in close collaboration with our retailers to activate our consumers and supercharge our sales.
• Online and offline point-of-sales: Improve our presence and consumer experience across sales channels, retailers, and touchpoints, exciting consumers for our brands and products.
• Product information management: Deliver engaging content for our product categories across our Nordic countries, improving both content quality and efficiency.

We collaborate closely with all market-facing business functions of our Northern Europe organization (like brand, product marketing, digital, sales, supply chain, etc.) as well as with our counterparts at our retail partners. We equally thrive on rolling up our sleeves to implement and deliver results as well as developing trade marketing towards the future. Your profile
This role offers a unique opportunity to utilize your expertise in trade marketing and e Commerce, acting as a key driver of growth and a central collaboration partner to our sales and marketing organization. You are a great fit if you have the following profile:

• Experience: >7 years of experience from leading positions in trade marketing and e Commerce, with a proven track record in growing sales and market shares through sell-out campaigns and POS improvements (on- and offline) in collaboration with retail partners.
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to think strategically, challenge the status quo, solve complex problems, and foster synergies and continuous improvement.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the home appliances industry, consumer electronics, retail business, or related fields, demonstrating an understanding of market dynamics and emerging trends.
• Leadership & Coaching: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, guiding and supporting people while providing coaching and freedom for growth.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, delivering impactful presentations. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across teams and hierarchy levels.
• Cultural Fit: Experience working in international environments, demonstrating adaptability and cultural awareness, especially for Nordic cultures.
• Education: University master's degree in marketing.
• Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
