Your role
The Production unit supports several Business Units within Saab and produces a wide range of products. We are on a growth journey at Saab and the Production unit grows continuously and is now about 500 employees. Focus is on deliveries to our customers, development of smarter ways of working as well as striving for cost efficiency.
You will have a team of senior managers reporting directly to you. In addition, you will have close cooperation with other production units within Saab.
You will ensure that you deliver on KPI’s and key initiatives set for the organization. This includes driving and closely monitoring your business progress and taking full responsibility for deliveries as well as following the financial guidelines.
You will be part of the business unit Surface Sensor Solutions management team and report to Head of Surface Sensor Solutions. Your place of work will be in Kallebäck, Gothenburg. Some travelling will be necessary in your role.
Your profile

We are looking for a person with great leadership skills, exceptional drive and excellent knowledge from production of complex products in low/medium volumes.

At least 10 years of experience in senior management positions and at least any of them leading a production unit
Excellent business understanding, costumer orientation and skills to combine strategic thinking with operational actions
Great communication skills and an ability to generate energy
Proven ability and interest in leading management teams and employees
Postgraduate qualifications in business oriented-, technical -, economics-, or legal subjects
Excellent skills in written and spoken Swedish and English

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
