Nets - Payment Service Provider Europe part of Nexi Group is looking for Country Sales manager in Sweden, leading a sales team and be part of Nets e-commerce journey.
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and be overall responsible for P&L.
You will be a part of the Nordic management team, and the role is located at Hammarby Sjöstad office in Stockholm.
Do you currently work in a role as Head of Sales, have experience from Tech/fintech/solution sales in the swedish market? Are you looking for a new challenge? Your main tasks
- Perform in line with yearly P&L objectives
- Understand the dynamics of the market and are able to identify opportunities to grow business
- Develop and document strategic objectives within your area
- Develop operating plans to grow sales and profit in line with agreed targets.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Recognize market developments and opportunities and translate them into effective top-line approaches and operational plans & programs
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Communicate the vision, strategy, and objectives throughout the organization, encouraging cross-divisional collaboration and teamwork to drive continuous improvement
- Graduate degree in Business economics, preferable with additional commercial education (e.g. MBA)
- Experience with a direct sales force is essential
- Thorough understanding of developing and implementing sales/marketing strategies that focus on selling solutions is required.
- Practical experience and hands-on mentality with a can-do attitude.
- Proven ability to develop and execute a growth plan to achieve market leadership coupled with several years of management experience. Ability to structure and manage a growing organization in terms of organizational setup, processes, management, and employees.
