We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated part-time Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional customer experience, focusing on both the back- and front-office aspects of the customer lifecycle.The position is part-time and hourly-based, providing flexibility to accommodate other commitments, such as studies. You will report to our Operations Manager and collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders across the organization.

What you will do

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing startup environment. You'll become a product expert, enabling you to effectively assist customers with their inquiries.
Your daily tasks will include:

• engaging with customers through our primary support channels: live chat (Intercom), phone calls and email.
• conducting simple analyses to understand customer questions, proactively addressing issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience and working closely with our CX full time employees.
• You'll also work collaboratively with other teams and external partners.
