What we’re looking for
Replacement during maternity leave.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead Your Team: Coordinate and motivate your team to achieve key objectives, ensuring timely delivery of requests in the agreed format and quality.
- Project Oversight: Manage the onboarding and stabilization of new projects, aligning them with client needs and expectations.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all deliverables meet the agreed-upon standards for quality and quantity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various business areas to facilitate presents and creates performance evaluation dashboards to client.
What you need to know/have
- Education: University degree.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in team management, with over 10 years in a corporate IT environment.
- Language Skills: Fluent in French and English.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with HR and client support processes (HR, costumer supoort).
- Analytical Skills: Advanced data analysis and dashboard development capabilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Outlook).
