Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for
- 0-1 year of experience in immigration work (e.g., handling documentation for work permits, long-term and short-term Romanian visas, residence permits, etc.)
- Basic understanding of immigration laws and regulations, enthusiasm for managing immigration cases, and a strong desire to assist clients
- Problem-solving skills, initiative, and the ability to work under supervision
- Verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in Romanian and English)
- Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach to delivering high-quality services
- Basic organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- An inquisitive, analytical mind that can convey complex insights in simple terms
- Creative thinking balanced with a practical and commercial mindset
- A passion for collaboration and tackling challenging questions, along with a belief in our work and our vision
Your future role
- Assist senior consultants and team members in preparing and submitting immigration applications to relevant authorities
- Provide support by gathering necessary documentation and preliminary drafting of application files
- Accompany senior consultants and clients to authorities for file submissions and other relevant appointments
- Conduct preliminary research on immigration-related queries and assist in the preparation of technical consultations
- Maintain clear and organized records of client documents and case statuses
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings with relevant authorities
- Stay informed about basic changes in immigration legislation and communicate these updates to the team
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed to ensure the effective operation of the immigration services

About the team
Our Global Employer Services (GES) team provides our clients with advisory and compliance assistance in the field of income tax, social security, immigration and global mobility. We specialize in all areas of individual income tax and social security regime (salary related income, freelancing activities, investment income, rental, etc.) applicable be that for Romanian and foreign individuals, for local and non-resident employers or for any stakeholder party when paying and/or receiving income to/from an individual.
