- Coordinate "Digital Solution Protection" process requests
- Prepare the required documents for individual process steps
- Support and further development of Information Security concepts and tools
- Answer project inquiries
- Coach external and internal assessors
- Evaluate and monitor the maturity levels of existing assessment requests
- Ensure the quality and verifiability of submitted security concepts
- Create reports and KPIs
- Provide coordination support for pentest service delivery
- Transfer risks identified in the context of audits to the ISMS risk management tool
- Monitor compliance and progress of created circulation tickets
Qualifications

- Project Management experience
- Very good communication skills
- Team work ability
- Willingness to learn and develop in the ISMS area
- MS Office
Nice-to-haves:
- SAFe Project Management certification
- Information Security basic knowledge and related standards (ISO 27001, TISAX)
- Atlassian Confluence & Jira
Things to know before departure:
- Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
- Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
- Employment contract: Unlimited
- Line of work: Consulting
- Language skills: Fluency in English; German is a plus
- Flexibility & willingness to travel
- Other: a valid work permit
