• Strategic and operational responsibility for the development of the One Trust platform at the customer, ensuring stable operations while controlling and prioritizing new functions with high business value
• Effective allocation of team resources through capacity and resource planning
• Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements
• Agile oversight of the development process (Scrum) and continuous process improvement
• Strict adherence to compliance with acceptance criteria and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) in quality management
• Coordinated management of the entire implementation process of the One Trust solution, including conducting training for users
• Integration of systems, processes, and workflows using One Trust APIs (e.g. management of data protection requests (DSAR) with One Trust Privacy Management API, processing activities (VTs), and connection to LEANIX)

• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience as a product owner, project manager or in a similar role, ideally in IT projects with practical knowledge of One Trust, as well as compliance and data protection and interface management.
• Knowledge of agile project management (Scrum/Kanban) and capacity planning for teams.
• Understanding of data protection requirements and their implementation in technical solutions and monitoring systems.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management and with interdisciplinary teams
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset as well as a high degree of initiative
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
