- Translate processes into digital services and thus design products for MHP's product portfolio
- Work in agile and cross-functional teams in a product team
- Build up design guidelines, ability to use grids and auto-layouts
- Apply our own design system including components and tokenization
- Create prototypes
- Collaborate closely together with our UX Designer and PO
Qualifications
QualificationsQualifications
- 4+ years of experience in design, with relevant portfolio
- You are enthusiastic about service design, research, storytelling, interface and interaction design and have an experienced approach to prototyping, design tools and methods (Figma)
- Ideally, you already have experience in agile organizational structures during the product development lifecycle
- A high level of communication skills
