Ultrasound Technician

We are seeking a qualified Ultrasound Technician to join our clinic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating ultrasound equipment, performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures, and producing high-quality images.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images.
2. Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, obstetric, and vascular studies.
3. Position patients correctly for ultrasound examinations.
4. Ensure patient safety and comfort during ultrasound procedures.
5. Maintain ultrasound equipment and report any malfunctions.
6. Develop and maintain accurate patient records and reports.
7. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
8. Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities.
9. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
10. Provide patient education and instructions as needed.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or equivalent.
2. Valid license to practice as an Ultrasound Technician in Qatar, issued by the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP).
3. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technician.
4. Proficiency in English and Arabic.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Familiarity with Qatar's healthcare regulations and standards.
